You had links to items designed to circumvent systems put in place on the Xbox by microsoft, and on the Wii by nintendo. You also had step by step directions for softmodding the xbox and wii, and in both cases it's disallowed explicitly in their respective EULA's.
That falls under copyright infringement and warez, for providing the how-to's and links to the required tools.
This is a zero tolerance suspension - your site has been suspended permanently and no backups are available.
