account suspension

I got a message my account was suspended due to high usage - i checked my traffic and i've had 10 visits today - so not much. its just a basic wordpress database - so i'm not sure how that can be excessive usage

Ah, wordpress. Try disabling some of those plugins, they ALWAYS use a lot.

You seem to be unsuspended now.

yeah i unsuspended it - i only have 1 plugin on it - an image one. its very odd never mind -maybe just a glitch in the matrix
