account suspension

my account has been suspended for inactivity and i was trying to reactivate it and it was completed successfully then a few minutes after it said i need to open a ticket in order to get the account back thanks!

You were suspended for uploading a Yahoo Mail phishing site into your public_html directory. Can you explain this? We do not like being sued.

yes i was deleting that cause somebody hacked my email and got all the info for this hosting, yesterday i logged in "finally" and was deleting everything but then it said suspended without even finishing.....again i apologize i wasn't trying to do any phishing or anything like that...

Sorry, but under the Zero Tolerance Policy for Phishing, it doesn't matter who uploaded the files. You are responsible for the security of your own account. Make all your passwords secure.
