Account Suspension

Hi all,
I know that you just migrated Cossacks over to frix (fris?) and I can see my website (mywebguy.x10hosting.com) and yesterday I could access the files through FTP (at the moment I am denied due to maximum no. of users). I cannot log into the cPanel. I did the DNS cache flush. Please let me know what else I must do.

Thanks for the un-suspension. I'm still not able to log into cPanel nor FTP. I updated my password but to no avail. Anything else I can try?

Just tried it, no joy. I get the login screen, but it doesn't accept me. Shall I try the password reset again?

I reset the password and still no luck. I know you are doing some testing, might that be a part of the issue?

Whoops, spoke too soon. Everything seems to work except the phpMySql login. Suggestions are most welcome

Try this:
Login to cPanel ( http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/ )
Click on Remote MySQL
Add the following to the list:
int.fris.x10hosting.com

Then reload your site again.

Thanks Dead Battery. I did that yesterday without immediate results. However, today all is green lights and blue skies. However it happened, thanks for all the great support!
