I am making a runescape forum which has no illegal content and I am falsely accused of having illegal data? I haven't even got the website up and running yet.

You were suspended for having a nulled script. Nulled scripts are software (such as vBulletin or IPB) that have their license checks removed so that they can be used for free. These are very illegal, and go against the x10Hosting Zero Tolerance Policy stated in the Terms of Service.

If you are absolutely positive that you don't have any nulled scripts (for example, you were using a free forum such as MyBB or phpBB), post back so a staff member can manually review your account. However, if you do have a nulled script, your site will remain suspended and will be terminated at some point after 14 days; no backups will be given.
