Account Suspension

Hello there i had my free account suspended for high system usage and i would like to know if there is any changce of unsuspend it again? Thanks in advance.

The suspension reason says that you can unsuspend yourself through your account panel. https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php It's just with the third warning that needs a CA or higher to unsuspend.

well already gone to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and didnt manage to resolve the problem, i cant understand how to remove the suspension can you help please?

I have gone ahead and unsuspended you.

Please list your joomla extensions that you have installed. Maybe we can figure out what's causing your suspension.
