Hi,
My site has been suspended for what i believe to be due to me having a proxy folder on the web. I can ensure you this proxy is not used and that i am trying to find the pages to delete it but i cannt delete them from the web with out access to my hosting account can someone please un suspend my account so i can delete these files and countinue running igames.org.uk

Proxies are a zero tolerance violation of x10Hosting terms of service. It does not matter if it was "being used" or not. It was there and you have admitted to that. Your account will remain suspended and terminated sometime after 14 days. You will not be allowed access to your files..

No. As I stated earlier this is a zero tolerance violation.
You will not be given access to your files. You will not get your site back.

Ok thats brilliant because whilst i have another hosting account that im using atm x10hosting is by far the best out there
