A proxy script is a script that would allow you to visit a site ABCDEFG.com by going through your x10hosting account.
It is used to bypass firewalls at school or work that might not want you to visit that site or to hide your home IP.
They can use up a lot of resources and so are specifically banned by x10hosting's Terms of Service which you were presented with and agreed to when you signed up for your hosting account (even if you did not read it, you are bound by its terms).
