account suspension

seems im once again suspended for inactivity. how can this be, i login atleast once a week.

Do you login here, the Forum? cPanel and Account Manager do not count.

If you did not log in before you last unsuspended yourself, the system checked if you were still "inactive" and would have immediately put you in the "to be suspended" queue if it thought you were. Unsuspending does not reset the clock.

You are now unsuspended.
