Good day, The free account I opened less than 30 mins ago has been suspended and no reason's given. What went wrong? Pls kindly resolve or give me directions on what to do.

Theres a bug with one of the scanners, chances are it suspended you for a proxy or some other dis-allowed file. If this was the case then your suspension is permanent.
