Dear Support Staff,
My hosting account was recently suspended for violating the TOS. This suspension was valid, but I ask that my account be unsuspended, if even for a few hours. I originally made the account to serve as a host for a school assignment and did not read the TOS, thinking that I did not need too. I uploaded the proxy files as an afterthought, not realising that it was against the rules. There are files I have uploaded, unrelated to the proxy that I do not have backups for. I need to get these files back, lest I fail my assignment. I understand if you chose not to restore my account.
