My acc was suspended without apparent reasons,pls look into it.

It was suspended for a good reason. Proxies are explicitly listed in the TOS as not allowed.

I looked at your account. There isn't any actual proxy, but the rest of the files are there for it(the php.ini and TestMyServer.php, both renamed as most people do when they try to get around the scanners.)
I am still not going to unsuspend you, simply for intent to use a proxy. X10 is for functional websites, not so you can get around a firewall. There are plenty of free proxies out there.
