Account Suspension

My account was suspended for the following reason:
Violation of x10hosting's terms of service. Details: proxies are not allowed on x10hosting , this is a permanent suspension.
I don't understand what that means

I think its very clear.Your account is suspended because you had hosted PROXY,which is violation of TOS.Permanent suspension.
