account suspension

Hello.

Today I have seen that my account is suspended. Reason: shell scripts i uploaded in "upload" directory.
I just forgot the rules prohibited this and upload it to merge few files into one using linux measures. I wonder how can I login into control panel and erase these two scripts from /public_html/upload/
