Hello, I have a problem with your hosting. I have a little phpBB server with some friends (we are 7) but you say that it is due to a high system resource usage. It's impossible that it has so high usage, because even when the sql queries are slow, we are 7!
¿Is it any chance to get it unlocked?

If your account goes over the resource limits again, yes it would be suspended.

Resource usage does not depend on number of users, with badly written code it could be enough with one user viewing the site/page.

50 concurrent commands is a bit more then double the allowed, all relates to logging in. Have you added any mods that would affect that, or was there anything unusual going on at the time your account was suspended?

No, not extra mods, just a basic phpbb3. I talk about the 7 users because even if there are heavy queries, they are few in a day. They enter maybe 2 or 3 times per day. I observed a difficult to explain increase in the database size (it increased 300kB from a backup I made last night to this morning). Maybe there have been errors and the server has been busy, but I don't see any in the forum's error log.
