Account Suspension

I made a request for our account to be unsuspended yesterday afternoon. We apologise for somehow breaking the usage rules... I am looking into it to find out what was the cause.

The link I clicked said Immediate release of our suspension account and seeing as we are still suspended I would like to find out if I will ever have access to my files and site again or If I should move on and take my money elsewhere.

This suspension comes literally 3 days before my organisation were looking to purchase hosting with you as we have had no issues before with your server and site. So please, if you could get back to me so I know what the situation is, I will be grateful.

Funny thing is I did click the unsuspend account link and yet nothing happened. But alas, its unsuspended now so I am gratefull for that.
