I haven't tested that mail stuff for forging someone i am a college student i am just want to check the functionality of the script so please activate my account

As the suspension indicates, the problem is it is capable of forging headers. This is the type of thing that got us blocked pretty much permanently at hotmail and a few other email hosts.
We suspend -before- it can become a problem because we cannot allow 1 account to put all the others at risk, which is exactly what the abusable header-forging email prank scripts do. We cannot remove this suspension.
Edit: Oh I forgot to mention - the scanner that caught you only catches a file when it's ran, so even if you didn't get a chance to use it for a prank email, it -was- ran which shows intent to use.
