Hello,
I just installed rapidleech on your server and instantly my free hosting package become suspended. You may not support this type of scripts and i had no idea what so ever that there is any ban or not. I would like to get my hosting service back. Can you help me Please.

I've some queries. If i will migrate from free hosting to prime will you support rapidleech? I've the only payment method and it's moneybookers. My country doesn't support paypal, so can i pay via moneybookers to upgrade my package? Please inform and give my hosting server back. Thanks for understanding.

Regards,
RuBeL Raj

no, go away
No, your account is permanently suspended under our Zero Tolerance policy, which is in the Terms of Service you agreed to when registering your account.

For convenience, I've copy/pasted the relevant bits below:
Terms of Service said:
* File Hosting Every file on your site must have to do with the website you put up, we are not a file storage service and we strictly prohibit scripts such as torrentflux or rapidleech.
Note that rapidleech is explicitly mentioned.

Saying that you were not aware of this is not an excuse, as you should have taken the time to read our Terms of Service before agreeing to them. In addition, per our Zero Tolerance policy in these Terms, your account will remain permanently suspended until termination in approximately 14 days' time, perhaps longer. "Permanently suspended" means that under no circumstances will anyone unsuspend you, and that you will not have access to cpanel, ftp, or any backups you have stored on our servers.

Since Prime hosting is under the same restrictions as the Free Hosting Terms of Service, upgrading to prime will not help you here.

Also would like to note it's also blocked on Premium; the only system that -might- allow it is VPS, but I'm not sure on that one.
