When vBulletin is bought at the only legitimate source and then downloaded, the license number is embedded in all of the files. Since your vBulletin install has no license number, then it's most likely nulled. This would be a permanent suspension for uploading nulled software, warez, to your account. Do you have a valid license number for your vBulletin?
What is vBulletin? I neither downloaded nor uploaded this. The only things I uploaded manually to the control panel yesterday were, index.html, theprogram.html, style.css and in the images folder approximately 17 supporting images in jpg, gif or png formats. Every time I uploaded, the files would disappear after a few minutes. I got a prompt to confirm my email in the notifications but the email was not mine so I deleted it instead of confirming. Next thing I knew my account was suspended. Could you explain please?
