Hi,
I got an account suspension warning email due to having not logged in recently. I then immediately logged in to the system as per instructions. Then I got another warning a week later! All it says to do is log in. In fact, it says right above the box that I am currently typing into that I logged in 6 days ago. IN FACT when I received the suspension warning last week it said I hadn't logged in in 30 days and the new one says it has been 40 days...but 30 + 6 does not equal 40. What gives??

Thanks,
Nathan

It's telling you to login to the forums, which is showing last login on June 5th, which is about 40 days ago.

Login at x10hosting.com/forums ASAP to avoid an inactivity suspension.

That is not what it said in the email. Thanks for trying to cast me as an idiot. Maybe you should try to make an effort to make some sense.

I haven't been inactive long enough to receive the email you are seeing, however:

Code:
Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 14 day period and then terminated. All data including any type of backup or stored information is removed with the account. [B]To prevent an account from being suspended for inactivity it is required users visit the x10Hosting forums located at http://x10hosting.com/forums at least ONCE every 31 days.[/B] Accounts must also have a working website within one week.

I bolded the applicable part; a simple forum search would've turned up the same information.

I do take every effort to make some sense, and it was not my goal to cast you as an idiot. All I know is I viewed your profile and it showed the login was well beyond 30 days past-due.

As this issue is now cleared, I am locking the ticket to prevent this from turning sour.
