Account suspension

Hi,

The website was suspended for a couple of days and the users have tried to access it in mass once it came back up. I believe this is what caused the high system resource usage. Could you please give it a couple of days before suspending the account for this reason and if the volume of usage exceeds or keeps going up, then you can suspend the account.

If your account isn't suspended for high resource usage, then it'll cause the other site that share your server to not work. That's why these limits are in place, and the suspension already does happen when the volume of usage exceeds certain levels. Please check your scripts. If it's a high volume of users that access your site that is causing these problems, then maybe you should invest in Illuminated or Premium package to keep up with the volume.
