Account suspension

I've just resolved the following problem:

Account Suspended

Your web hosting account has been suspended.
Date − 2013-07-19 19:49:12
Reason − You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting portal once every month to keep your account active; posting is never required. You're able to unsuspend yourself immediately via the portal.

But I though it was only necessary to visit this forum monthly (I visit it quasi daily).

Is "x10hosting portal" the same that cPanel (that I don't visit regularly) ?

Why my passwords can differs from cPanel to this forum ?

The activity requirements changed quite a while back now. You need to visit (as of this writing) the SSO (single sign-on) page to log in (at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/ ) at least once every 30 days. Why can your password differ? Because they are two different pieces of software, each with their own authentication. If you do a password reset, all of your x10Hosting passwords will be synchronized.
