Account Suspensions

My account has been suspended off and on for the past month for inactivity. I understood that I needed to log to the forums at least once every two weeks, but where I had confustion was in your user settings. As my forum login is required for the control panel I assumed I was logging into the forum, unaware that I in fact was not. Currently I have queued for reactivation but the status has gone to unknown. Can you assist?

Note that the login requirement was changed to once every 31 days not long ago.
