Account susspended for installing wordpress/drupal?

I installed drupal today and somewhere in the process of installing got suspended for it. I figured cause it needs allot from the CPU so it got mad. I figured it wouldn't happen again.
I didn't like Drupal so i uninstalled it and got wordpress. Every thing went fine until i tried to update and got suspended again! What do i do now? Please help!
