I just received notice that my account was terminated. I have paid the inactivity fee (which is supposed to waive the forum posting requirement) twice--June 2009 and March 2010--so I should be good till July 2010.
I have recieved numerous suspensions for inactivity and have had to fight each time, sending multiple emails and opening service tickets, explaining that I have paid the fee. Each time, after weeks of my site being offline, it was eventually restored.
This time there was no warning, and it wasn't a suspension. It was just a sudden, unexpected, "Your account has been terminated!" message from a "Do not reply" mail box.
C'mon, guys. If you are going to offer the fee as an option, shouldn't you have some kind of logic in place that tells you who has paid the fee?
