Account Terminated

I got an email this morning saying my hosting account was terminated. Why has this been done and how can I get it back? Thanks.

Accounts that are suspended for a few weeks (usually ~14 days though could be more) are automatically deleted from the system.

I cannot find that username in the system. When was the last time you were able to access your account and were you suspended recently?

Were you suspended during the server move to Fris?

The account was active less than a week ago. As far as i know i was not suspended, if I was my account would not have worked.
