Account "Terminated" !?!??

Hi, I'd like to unsuspend my account.

I didn't get adequate notice to action my account due to the low number of emails notifying the account was to be suspended.

I'm not sure if there's a difference between "Suspended" and "Terminated".

If there is, how do I get my files back from the service it was on?

Terminated, means it is has been deleted. Plenty of emails were sent prior to the termination. I believe it's close to a dozen of emails that get sent. It will take some time to review this request.

I can see you have not accessed your dashboard in over 90 days until 11/06. This is the reason for the service to be terminated.

Before this your service was suspended ( inactive) since 7/10 so for ~120 days your service remained in a suspended state without your acknowledgment of this service being offline.

You are required to access your service once every 30 days to prevent our system from marking the account as inactive.

That said, I have provided a restore at this time. Please allow up to one hour after this post for the DNS and sycn of our dashboard to reflect this restore.
