Okay, I have to admit I'm confused.
It says somewhere in the site that you need to log on once every 30 days. Then I read that it's actually every two weeks...now I'm not sure which is correct.
Point is, I logged into my account on Thursday - today it's gone. This is the second time that this has happened, so I dutifully log in regularly - I made changes just the other day also!!
So, how come it's terminated? I honestly don't know what I'm supposed to be doing to make sure it stays on? Can it be reinstated now please or has it gone forever?
Can you also clarify what it is that I have to do to ensure that it stays on? Logging in isn't working...is there any area in particular I'm supposed to log into?
