Account Termination if neccesary

i create an add-on domain (xaos.dontexist.com) to my account (xaos.elementfx.com) a week ago, now i want to transfer it to my partner's account (xdec.exofire.net) so i deleted the add-on domain (xaos.dontexist.com) from my account, but when i set it to be park to my partner's account (xdec.exofire.net) it just said "Error from park wrapper: xaos.dontexist.com is owned by another user."

what will i do to transfer it to my partner's account?
