Account Termination Please

I would like full termination of this account including sub-domains and primary domain along with email registered. I have registered a diff email and would like to use a domain which is seems to be locked to this account do to a sub-dir that was created "e5m.e5m.x10.bz" under an original "e5m.x10.bz" i currently have x10hosting Subdomain "e5m.pcriot.com'' with locked sub-subdomain "e5m.e5m.x10.bz".which cannot be deleted or changed.
