Account Termination - Urgent assistance needed

Good afternoon, my name is Tom Ireland, son of John Ireland who owns this hosting account. Unfortunately, John passed away in April and I have since had a query from the owner of the site this hosting accounts supports and he has notified me that his website is down. My dad left me all his hosting account information and upon investigation I understand this is because his account has been terminated. I would be able to create a new hosting account for the gentleman but I am aware that his site files etc would have been installed on this hosting account server. I would like if possible, for you to reinstate this account or provide access to the site files so that I may remove them and apply to a new hosting account. Please e-mail ireland.tom@gmail.com

Hello,

Unfortunately once an account is terminated, the backups are also deleted.

To be able to check for sure if it is termiinated you'd need to give us the cPanel user name that he had, seeing as you created a new forum account we can not look it up using that either.

The cPanel username should be: pmadmin

Hello,

It does seem like it has been removed, there's no active account with that user name in the system.
Inactive accounts are automatically removed after a certain time as suspended.
