Hello x10hosting support,
I was wondering if it is at all possible to recover my account. It would be greatly appreciated as the account had some research work. I could recreate the work, but it would be much easier if I had access to my account again.
I have not accessed it for probably a month, and then it got deactivated (or terminated)--not the regular 2 weeks of inactivity suspension.
So if there is any way to recover the files hosted on the account, please let me know.
Thanks,
csrfVictim
(I can give my real name and information about the project I was working on if necessary).

Could you check if it was terminated?
It says that's a possibility, but doesn't say for sure.
Would really appreciate it,
Thanks

We will need the username you used to log in to your cPanel to tell you for sure the history of the account (i.e. when it was terminated, if it was terminated).

Also, when you sign up for a new hosting account, make sure to properly link your forum and hosting accounts together. Also, remember to sign in to the forums a minimum of once a month so your account doesn't get terminated again for inactivity.
