Account Termination

Hi

I recently received an email notifying me that my account, jmonty (montgomeryart.co.uk), had been terminated and was no longer accessible. This puzzles me as I had been logging on to the forum on a regular basis (fortnightly). I would therefore be extremely grateful if you could investigate this as I still wish to use the free hosting account.

Could you provide your cPanel username?

Also, was your account ever in a suspended status that you know of? If it was and the suspension never resolved, then the account would automatically terminate after 14 days or more.
