Hello, i created this acount and then deleted the content by accident because i uploaded the wrong files then deleted everything. so would you be able to reset everything or delete everything so i can re register? thank you!

If you deleted all of your site's files, then just upload them again. Did you delete your public_html folder? If you did, try and recreate it with permissions of 750 for the directory.
