Account troubles

I signed up for a ad-free account a few weeks ago and things seemed to be ok until recently. I am unable to login to my account page using my account information. I can access cpanel and ftp fine but not the account information. Also, I wanted to make sure I have my account linked to my forum account properly. I appreciate the service you all provide and hope to resolve these issues whenever possible.

Your account would have been deleted because you were suspended for inactivity (you have to be active on the forums every 2 weeks, as per the TOS) and you didn't unsuspend yourself within 10 days.

See, that dun make sense. How would he be able to access cPanel and ftp if his account no longer exists?

@so0dz, hang tight for a mod/admin to see this, maybe they can figure out whats going on (kinda hard to tell without being able to see what they can see to be honest)

I don't see the cpanel user name linked. So without the cpanel user name i have no way of knowing what is going on with your account. Please post your cpanel user name and domain name url. Thanks
