Account unavailable/no account tied to that login info

Hello

I had signed up for an account a while ago that may have been suspended for inactivity

My email is still tied to the system so I cannot register again for a new account, is there any way to get my old one re activated?


The domain was:
mlrmultimedia.elementfx.com

Created on or around 09-06-2009

I was given this code upon creating the site the first time
your account's queue id code is: B6N3WRND3S89
pass this code onto any support staff if you're having difficulties with your account


mlrmedia is my username and I can supply any other info required to re activate my account with the settings I had before. I need to use this email address, so thank you in advance for your help.


This is the text of the reason I received for not being able to login:

Hi mlrmedia,

I will escalate this ticket to an account manager so your email address can be removed from our system. Please click on the colored bar at the top of this page and log in with your forum credentials to be taken to your newly escalated private ticket. In that interface, please let our account managers know which email address you would like removed from our servers.
