Account unexpectedly deleted

Hello,

I recently logged in to find my account has been deleted. I tried following the instructions to create a new account with the same email address, but it says I already have an account with this address.

Previously, the account was working well. Then, when trying to access the account via FTP, I get "Couldn't connect". I log in onto the control panel, and it says my account has been suspended. I open an appeal, and write my problem.

A staff replies saying that there was a suspicious file that was uploaded. The member asks if I know anything about it. I go to reply, but I get an error saying that the appeal was "solved" and no futher comments were allowed. I tried the "sidebar service" where I could send a message to x10 staff, but no reply was sent. I tried logging in, but I get that the account was deleted.

I did have some semi-important files on there for school, and I am very annoyed that I have to recreate all my files. Are there any staff that can help me?

So no one cares about this issue and won't explain why my account was deleted, and why the appeal was closed when it wasn't completed?

Overall, I'm disappointed with this service.
