Account unexpectedly deleted

I have opened a post here (https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/account-unexpectedly-deleted.197352), and no one has responded.

In summary, my account was suspended. I opened an appeal, it was closed when never completed. A week or so later, my account is deleted with no reason. I opened a thread and no one has responded.

Could anyone care to explain to me why my account was deleted and if it is possible to recover any files?

Hi there,

Thanks for the link. It clears up some of my worries. But this is stupid. Why aren't any staff even looking at this post and answering it? Do they not care about free accounts or their customers?

Hello theninj2,

I'm sorry for the delay. Your account was suspended because a suspicious file was uploaded to your account. In your dispute, a staff member asked for an explanation as to where the file came from. The dispute was closed after no reply was received, and there are no known issues with our dispute system. I can't find any other forum posts relating to the suspension, and we cannot find any inquiries through our contact form either. The account was automatically fully terminated a few weeks later, due to no action being taken on the suspension. Unfortunately there is nothing more we can do at this point, and I'm sorry for the trouble this has caused.
