Hello x10 staff. Around the time that the switch was made from cPanel to the new front end, I had trouble logging in to gain access to my account. I had given up on logging in to my free hosting account for quite some time, but now trying to get back in to resolve issues but still not gaining access. Any help you can give?
I attempted to log in to free hosting, but requesting a password reset several times never gets me a reset email message. The account still seems to be there, as my
website homepage still does come up and my forum account is still active.
