Account Unsuspension Error

Hi,

My hosting account was suspended for inactivity and I am unable to unsuspend it. It looks like I am having the same issue that others have had -- I see the message "A system error occurred while processing this action. Error Code: 1B1D51C8"

Will an administrator please unsuspend my account? (My site is survey.x10hosting.com.)

Hello,

I have restored and unsuspended your account. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations. to reset your password go to Account Panel.
I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order.
