Account unsuspension errors

my account was suspended, when I tried to log in about a month ago the site was down, I just recently moved and just haven't gotten back on to resolve the issue. Now when I submit my request for unsupension I get an error message saying that there was an error processing my request. Is it still possible to unsupend my account? Thank you for your time.

What suspension reason is showing in account panel.

also please provide the error code you got.

The reason my account was suspend was I forgot to log in for over 2 weeks, which was my fault. Then when I realized I had forgotten, the site was down, I guess because of the move. Then I moved and started a new job and didn't remember to take care of it until today. Thanks again for any help.

This is a temporary error due to server upgrades.

at the moment your server lotus is down due to which unsuspension is not possible. Try again after few hours.

thanks for the info, I'll just keep checking and wait patiently. I have had very few problems with x10 so I can live with a bit of down time. I was just going to work on redesigning my site, it is just for my phone right now anyway.
