Account Unsuspension Not Completed

Hi,

I had an email to tell me that my account had been suspended and to log in and I could unsuspend it myself.
I did this, and was told it had been unsuspended, along with receiving email confirmation of the same.

However, every time I visit the site, I am presented with a page telling me the account has been suspended.

Any help or solution offered would be great.
