Account unsuspension not working

Hi,
Like a few others, I forgot to log in to the CPanel this month. After getting the suspension message in the mail, I went through the procedure and received an "unsuspension complete" email. However, my site still redirects to https://www.x10hosting.com/suspended right now. On previous occasions it came back online instantly.
Please help.

P.S. This isn't the first time that I forgot to log in to CPanel, and I've noticed that sometimes I'd get a warning in the email, telling me to log in to CPanel ASAP, and sometimes I'd get a notification about an actual suspension, with instructions to unsuspend. How does the system decide which to do? Me and the other free hosting users would surely appreciate if the system always send a warning email (effectively a reminder) first.
