Account Unsuspension Request

After logging into my account for the first time in a few weeks, i noticed that it was suspended and assumed that this was an inactivity suspension. Apparently the suspension is due to a server move which seems to be finished now according to the status page. I have logged into my forum account to ensure that the account is kept active, and would like to know whether you can unsuspend the account or whether the server move is still in progress.

Thanks for your help! My site shows up as unsuspended now, but i am unable to log in to cpanel and when visiting my web site, i see someone else's. I have tried changing the cpanel password but this has not helped. I have, however, been able to log in to FTP and can see that all of my files are still there, so i'm assuming that the admins are still working on the server and updating DNS etc.

Is this the case? or is it just an error that occurred when my account was transferred?

EDIT: DNS issues have disappeared now, just the login issues which seem to be a common problem.
