Account unsuspension request

Hello,

I unfortunately did not realize that I was breaking one of the hosting rules for my account, and my account got suspended. I do not have a backup of my files.... Can you unsuspend my account so I can remove the offending files (security camera footage uploaded for the police to view from my website) and backup all of my stuff, or can you send me a tar archive of it?

As this was an honest mistake and not an intentional violation of the TOS, is there any chance I can get my account back?

I will never post security footage to it again, and I'll make sure to read and follow all Terms of Services rules for my account, and ensure that none of my website content or hosting activities violates the TOS. I have around 3 years of website related content uploaded to your site that I never backed up (my mistake).

Please log in to your control panel, and create an appeal from there. We cannot handle account suspensions on the forums.
