account unsuspension

Hi i tried to unsuspend my accounts over the weekend and have read today that they would need to be done manually. i din't know if it would show up to yourselves, hence me writing this.
accounts that i would like to be unsuspended are:

Loreon
dezure

the bryogus account is mine and dezure is my partners. the loreon account can be deleted then (i didn't realise only you could only have 1 account)
