Account Unsuspension

Hello,

I've noticed many people requesting their accounts unblocking here. I am not sure if that's the only way to get an account unsuspended but I submitted an automatic account unsuspension on the 21.07 and still shows 'Process wait' status.

Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

Hello czajunia,

I have restored your account from one of our backups, can you please verify all your files and website is intact? Your account panel will still show as suspended as our back end system has not been synced yet. This should be resolved in 2-3 days hopefully.

I still cannot log in to my account as I get this error message but I suppose it needs some time before it starts working again. If I still have problems later on I will let you know. Thanks again!

Hello, we're aware of this issue. Best just try every so often to see if it's resolved. It should be resolved soon.
