I apologise for starting the same thread twice, but my account is still suspended despite the previous support ticket I opened being closed. The account manager who replied (hellsheep) said that my account had been restored from backup, but the status still shows 'Suspension due to server move' which it has been since the 11th of June, so I am still unable to log in to cPanel.
I have been unable to access my account for nearly 2 months, which is totally unacceptable. If you are unable to restore my account, please can you delete my data. I no longer need it as it is outdated, and would delete it myself if I could.
