Hi, I've been away for a while so I haven't been able to use or login to x10 to keep myself unsuspended so the inactivity isn't because I don't like the hosting - it's a fantastic deal and I actively recommend you guys.
I believe my account was suspended shortly before the recent big update and if I read the update thread correctly I believe I need to request to be unsuspended through a support ticket such as this.
