i have deleted all files related to torrents from my site. and i won't be reuploading any related to torrents.

That's wonderful, but the suspension reason flat out says it's permanent, as does our TOS. You cannot be unsuspended and backups are no longer available; your account will be purged from the system automatically after a minimum of 14 days.
